Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processing begins (picking, packing, or shipping label creation), cancellations are not possible.
If your order has already been shipped, please see our Refund & Return Policy instead.
How to Cancel
Email help.anjeer@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 9966 123 486 with your order number and details. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours (during our support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST). For the fastest result, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit in your account. As we do not offer Cash on Delivery, all refunds go back to the original online payment method.
Exceptions
- Items marked as non-cancellable on the product page, such as special-offer or final-sale items, cannot be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, delivery limitations, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
