Eligibility For Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed products may not be eligible for return unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
